A Koda is how you steal 90-second pies on a Tuesday. A Dome is how you stop pretending the patio is a compromise.
The current Dome (Gen 2) is Gozney’s big insulated oven: off-black or bone, a proper flue, gas plus wood or charcoal, a 30mm stone, room for a 16-inch pie or two smaller ones. It is heavy. It lives outside. Preheat is slower than a Koda because the mass is the point — heat that holds between guests.
Buy this if you host, or you already know you will light it every weekend. Do not buy it as your first oven if you have never weighed flour. Check Amazon for the current Gen 2 bundle; stands and wood-fire kits are sold separate.
