Each award recipe is credited to the pizzaiolo who won. The method on the page is a home bake after that pie — not the restaurant’s unpublished recipe. Go there for theirs. Rankings are published by 50 Top Pizza, Trofeo Caputo, and Pizza DOC; World 2026 is due 15 September.

Paestum, 2025

Accademia Nazionale Pizza DOC’s world championship. Giuseppe Cutraro of Paris won 2025 Pizza Classica with a provola-and-pepper pie finished with roasted San Marzano. That pie is on the recipes board, credited to him.
